We have lived in the same house since 1985. That’s a good long while to really get to know a place. We know how the light will hit the front window of the living room on a cold winter day so that it lands directly on the couch just as nap time arrives. We know when to put things up off the floor in the basement when mudseason arrives and water will seep in on its way to the stream.

I guess you could say that we have had ‘sameness’ for a long time. Isn’t it great when something new takes hold of you and then, bam, you are on a whole new trajectory. We plan on being on the road for a better part of a year. We hope to take our time and ease into the places we see. There is so much to see,  so many people to meet, tunes to play, photos to take, adventures to be had. We are glad that you’ve decided to come along for the ride!
